PRE SALE SUPPORT

After the enquiry is received, our technical team carefully reviews the enquiry, type of machine enquired, type of applications to be done on the machine.

Either the client provides the detailed technical spec. or our team suggest the best suited machinery to meet the work application.

If required, technical visits can either be made by our engineer to the client’s place or clients are always welcome to visit our place.

Quote is submitted for the best suited machine or multiple machine models’ options for the client to make the right decision based on the budget & work application.

POST-SALE SUPPORT [Generally on Paid Basis]

Installation & commissioning of our supplied machine (s) by our expert team of technician (s) at the customer site in INDIA or ABROAD.

Imparting training to the designated machine operators at client’s place by our technicians.

Conducting preventive maintenances on Annual Maintenance Contract basis.
