Delhi Machine Tools INFRASTRUCTURE
We have 3 fully established & well-equipped manufacturing facilities in India. Two plants are located in North Indian State of Punjab & One plant at Central Indian city of Nagpur.
We have in-house machine tool facilities like Cast Iron Foundry with 300 tons capacity, Sand Blasting Area, Induction Hardening Plant, Machine Shop, Milling Shop, Boring Section, CNC Shop for component manufacturing, Assembling & Painting Area.
All our machines are stage inspected at various levels with proper records to produce the best results. Our facilities area warded & fully complying to ISO 9001-2015. We also have a dedicated QA dept. for quality check ensuring world class quality to compete internationally, both in respect to price as well as quality. In addition, our in-house facilities allow us to meet our promised lead time as well as it minimises the dependency on sub-contractors.

Over the years, Delhi Machine Tools has successfully developed innovative designs, upgraded technical solutions, and successfully implemented cost effective customized solutions for customers.
OUR UNITS
The UNIT-I is located right on the National Highway & is spread over an area of 40,000m.
It consists of the state of art manufacturing in house facilities like.
Facilities: HO, Design Office, Casting Foundry, CNC Shop,Heavy Machine Shop & Milling Shop, Assembly Shop, Sand Blasting Area, Induction Hardening Unit, Paint Shop, Testing Lab etc. The inhouse facilities ensures timely execution of supplies.
The UNIT-II is also located on the National Highway & covers an area of 10,000m. It consists of an independent machine shop & assembling shop. It is adjoining to our UNIT-I for easy &convenient movement of machines or it’s assemblies.
Facilities: Machine Shop, Assembly Shop, Sand Blasting Area, Flame Hardening Unit, Paint Shop.
The UNIT-III was established in the year 2005, specifically to manufacture the sheet metal machines like – Shearing Machine, Plate Rolling Machine, Press Brakes, Iron Workers,Scrap Balers etc. Apart from sheet metal machines this unit also manufactures various heavy material handling equipment.
Facilities: Fabrication Shop, Machine Shop, Painting Area, Design Office,Tendering & Marketing Office etc.
